Success for Students in DPS -
About Us

The Latino Education Advisory Council "LEAC" formerly the Hispanic Education Advisory Council was originally established in the 1970's.
On August 7, 2008, with the approval from the Board of Education, the name was officially changed to the Latino Education Advisory Council.
With a redefined direction, the Council continues to assess and address the needs and concerns of Latino students and families in Denver Public Schools. LEAC also believes strongly in highlighting the success' of the Latino Community within the Denver Public Schools.
